SAMI's CTO and development advisory will conduct interviews for the development project and summarize development requirements and necessary skill sets.
A SAMI project manager (Japanese speaking) will be assigned and a development unit (3 people or more) will be created.
Engineers with the required skill sets will be assigned to development units from SAMI's Eastern European IT engineer pool.
If the client company likes the assigned engineer, they can hire him or her as an in-house engineer.
